Resident Evil 5 for Xbox 360 and PS3

Well though my GameCube was out of commission for awhile, I had to hook it up for Resident Evil 4 and well it was absolutely satisfying. The game was visually stunning and the new game play with less focus on Puzzle solving and more on the FPS side of things really gave a new way to the game, And what better to compliment that game with more of the stuff we love.

Capcom released today that Resident Evil 5 would be released for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 but made no mention for Nintendo Revolution.

Capcom will be using the awesome power behind the Xbox 360 and PS3 to make the game visually stunning. The game is taking place in apparently a hot sandy dessert, which is a change from its usual dark mysterious look for the series. Game spot had some info on the actual video content that I have yet to see.

"The Famitsu images show an unshaven man in a short-sleeved shirt who appears to be the main character in Resident Evil 5. Armed with a handgun and knife belted to his shoulder, he is outnumbered and being chased by a mysterious group of enemies shown in silhouette.
Takeuchi commented that RE5's setting was inspired by the 2001 war movie Black Hawk Down, in which a crowd of angry Somalis swarm over an American helicopter after it crash-lands. Technically, the surviving soldiers have a lot of room to run inside the city, but they are quickly cornered by the massive crowd that comes after them. Takeuchi says that he hopes to achieve a similar kind of experience and "madness" in RE5.
When asked about the unshaven man, Takeuchi said that the core developers for RE5 include staff members that worked on RE1, hinting that it might possibly be Chris Redfield from the original Resident Evil. Takeuchi also revealed that RE5 will be an authentic sequel to the series' main storyline rather than a side story. He added that if the main character is indeed Chris, the developers might be preparing to create some kind of a conclusion to the series' long storyline. " -Gamespot

Though capcom has said it is releasing it for Xbox 360 and PS3. The actual game is years away from completion in comparison it took nearly 4 years for Resident Evil 4 to come out for the GameCube. When asked when it is expected to arrive, Jun Takeuchi known for the producer of Genma Onimusha and Onimusha 3 said, "before the launch of PlayStation 4". Takeuchi has some previous experience also from working on Resident Evil 1 and 2 on the animation side of things.

So they forgot to mention about Nintendo Revolution perhaps they are working on a better one for Nintendo fans and just released this to through us Nintendo fans off their trail. All in all the game isn't to be expected before awhile but they already have 1 person waiting for its inevitable development
